Usage Instractions:

1. Soak your skin
   Enjoy a warm shower, bath or steam for at least 5 minutes. Do not apply any soaps or lotions as the glove relies on friction to remove dead skin.
   
   2. Prepare the glove
   Wet the glove and squeeze out excess water, leaving the glove slightly damp.
   
   3. Exfoliate
   Move out of the water and exfoliate your skin using long upward and downward strokes until you see dead skin cells roll away. Repeat for each desired area on your body. Adjust pressure accordingly- redness is normal. Ensure to stay away from sensitive areas, and avoid any open cuts, active acne, or inflammation.
   
   Once you’re done, simply rinse off your skin and glove. Gently cleanse the glove with some soap and hang dry in an area with air flow.
   
   Recommended Usage: Use 1-2 times a week and replace your glove every 8-12 weeks.
